The condition of the course is at present being reviewed on a daily basis by the Head Greenkeeper John Bunton.
Whilst the snow is now quickly thawing, the sub surface still remains frozen and indifferent under foot. We also expect a large amount of surface water to remain on fairways, tees and greens until the air temperature improves.

For this reason and until further notice a daily review will be made by the Head Greenkeeper each morning. His findings will be reported to the main office circa 9am. At the time of this notice, 17th Jan, it is envisaged that the course will remain closed until at least 21st January.
